For the second week in a row I get to tell you about a rescue success. I had featured Cricket during one of Tuesday’s Tails and am happy to tell you all that she was finally adopted and hopefully has her furever home.
Cricket asking for a furever home for Christmas and she got it just last week. A report back is that she is adjusting great to her new family. Here is a picture of her with her new family.
This adoption was done through CRROW Chesapeake Retriever Relief Of Wisconsin.
CRROW dogs that are still looking for a furever home.
Rocky is still looking for his match in a forever home. He is a sweet boy-likes kids and even cats. Will make a good running partner. House trained, and crate trained. He is 2 1/2 yrs old, neutered, and up to date.
June, adoptable female, special needs, senior Chessie.

  1. Hi Y’all,

So glad Cricket is in a loving forever home. Hope Rocky and June find their own special place and someone to love very soon.

    Y’all come back now,
    Hawk aka BrownDog

  2. It’s so good to read a story with a happy end like Cricket’s. I hope June will find a home too and a family who loves her. btw: Rocky could be a super partner in crime for Easy, he has something in his eyes :o)

  3. ….btw your little message at the end did just affect someone right now. I went down the list to see which one I was able to stop at and I really am thinking I am going to sponsor,I didn’t even think about that option before till I just saw it on here, and so I just googled “sponsor a dog” and I found and bookmarked a local foundation which does just that 🙂
